The 45-year-old actress Eva Longoria looks stronger than ever.
Eva Longoria recently posted a gym selfie where she is flexing and you can see her toned arms. If you follow Eva on Instagram, you will see many other images where she shows her healthy lifestyle.
Eva Longoria, the former ‘Desperate Housewives’ is a huge fan of yoga.
She loves to mix it up between yoga, strength training, and cardio.
In fact, she told People that she is always open to new routines and exercises. “I do a lot. I’m a runner, I do yoga, I do Pilates, I do SoulCycle and I’m just constantly mixing it up,” Eva said.
After Eva Longoria gave birth to her son Santiago in 2018, she has been on a weight loss journey documenting her many workout routines.
She started to get into lifting weights and she has even shared videos of her self doing exercises like sled pushes, deadlifts, squat-rows, lat pull-downs. Eva also adds in some cardio by hiking and biking as well.
Eva Longoria also maintains a healthy diet. She told People "I watch what I eat. Everybody thinks there’s some kind of secret to looking good, but it’s not a secret. It’s diet and exercise," Eva said.
