Meet Yasmine, just a few months ago, this young lady weighed in at 175 pounds. Yasmine mentioned she was depressed, unmotivated, she made excuses and always said: "I'll just start tomorrow".

She would always use the application 'Facetune' for her photos since she thought that she would never be able to change her body. (Facetune is a photo editing application used to edit, enhance, and retouch photos)
Yasmine wanted to change her old self and become the best version of her new self! And that's exactly what she did.
She transformed her body through healthy eating and a dedication to fitness, and she stuck to her journey long enough to see real success.
