Kandi Burruss Reveals Her New Weight Loss Goal.

The year 2020 has not been easy for many of us. We've all dealt with different issues during this pandemic and it has not been fun! While some celebrities tried staying healthy and fit during quarantine, others weren't as successful. Kandi Burruss admits she has gained 20 pounds during this pandemic.

The ‘RHOA’ star originally wanted to lose 10 pounds before quarantine, but instead she ended up gaining 20 pounds.


Sounds like a similar story to former model Ms. Candela as she also admitted on our Exclusive Interview to gaining weight during quarantine.




The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss, already has a plan in place to get back in shape.


On September 16th, she revealed on a series of Instagram story videos that she has gained some extra pounds and mentioned that she will be going back to working out.




At the beginning of Covid19, some of us may have gotten a bit comfortable and may have gained some pounds. Nothing wrong with that, especially with everything else that has been going on at the same time during the pandemic.


Kandi Burruss admitted that losing weight for her isn’t just about looks, and we totally agree with that. She mentioned on Instagram that she just wants to better herself overall. Her younger cousin Patrick Dallas who is a trainer will be helping Kandi get back into shape.


Patrick volunteered to start working out with Kandi, he will be arriving at 7 am at Kandis house and that will be her regular time for workouts.


Kandi wrote on her Instagram caption, "I need help! Thank God for family… I hope I can stick to this 7 am workout schedule."


We are rooting for Kandi and we hope she achieves her new weight loss goal.
